Practice Profile

Ken has joined Albert Luk's Chambers upon completion of his pupillage with Mr. Albert LUK, Mr. CHONG Kai Man, Mr. Jackson POON, and Mr. Lincoln CHEUNG.

Ken is fluent in English, and Cantonese, and accepts instructions for both advocacy and advisory work covering a wide range of areas of law.

For criminal matters, Ken has acted for the prosecution and defence in criminal cases concerning a variety of offences.

For civil matters, Ken has been involved in commercial disputes, matrimonial, trusts, personal injuries, land & properties, and general civil cases. In particular, Ken regularly advises on and appears in hearings involving main suit, ancillary relief and children matters in the Family Court.

Ken has appeared in Magistrates’ Courts, Coroner’s Court, District Court, Family Court, High Court and Court of appeal as a sole advocate.

  • HKSAR v. Claw Boss Limited (KCS 512330 - 31), sole counsel representing a Hong Kong Claw Machine company and being acquittal for the summons and the Court upheld that claw machine should not be fallen into the Places of Public Entertainment Ordinance Cap. 172 and it is exempted from Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation (599G) and could now be re-opened
