Benjamin joined Chambers in 2024 upon completion of his pupillage with Mr Philip Dykes SC, Mr Albert Luk, Mr Marco K W Li, Ms Manyi Tsang, and Ms Helen Au.

During his pupillage, Benjamin gained experience in a wide range of litigations, particularly general crime, industrial summons, judicial review, constitutional law, family law, land, equity and trusts, commercial disputes, construction law, mediation, and arbitration.

Benjamin is developing a broad practice of civil and criminal areas, including criminal law, land and property law, equity and trusts, family law, construction law, public law, and alternative dispute resolutions. Benjamin accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Benjamin has appeared (either in his own right or as a led junior) in different levels of court, including the Magistrates’ Courts and the High Court. He can provide written submissions and conduct hearings in both Chinese and English. Benjamin also has experience in representing client in warrant search.

Prior to joining Chambers, Benjamin obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and he studied Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (P.C.LL.) at the University of Hong Kong. Before joining the legal profession, Benjamin read Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in International Studies.

Benjamin is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
